Meditation opens a space for silence to fill your mind.
Only in silence can you hear your true voice.
Listen to your Inner Buddha.

Yes, great one. I can totally relate. I actually force myself to meditate before I allow myself to write. 1. Because I want to make sure I clarify my intent.
2. Because I know that once I get behind the keyboard for a serious writing session, all else but screen and fingers exist and whatever meditation plans I had would go out the window.

Good plan. I like to get my meditation in early for the same reason. Either that or I do it late at night and end up falling asleep – not necessarily a bad thing!
