I would say that Mars rules sexuality in general, but more specifically how we get turned on. I wouldn’t say that it rules ‘male’ sexuality. Part of the work happening in SF with the Queer Astrology movement is to help people understand that assigning gender to attributes of the planets are not helpful and excluding.

Hi Jaysen! You’re absolutely right, of course. I probably shouldn’t have used that term, it’s a bit clumsy. I think I just meant ‘masculine’ sexuality which would apply to men and women since we all have both qualities within us. Thanks for clarifying it for me! 🙂
